When can we delete Relative Pronouns?

1. We can delete relative pronouns that function as objects in objects in restrictive relative clauses
2. We can only delete relative pronouns that function as subjects in restrictive relative clauses that contain be. In such cases both the relative pronoun and be are deleted.
